Asus Chromebox starting at $179!

Asus has announced its plans for a new Chrome based desktop PC.
Most of us here are familiar with Google's Chrome OS and have seen it on their Chromebooks and have seen the Chromebase, LG's All-In-One Chrome OS PC; but Asus takes it a step further by providing Chrome OS in a tiny $179 desktop box. It is expected to be released in the middle of March 2014. It's proposed specifications can be found on Asus' website

There is also an announcement of a business edition designed for allowing persons to conduct business videoconferencing simpler, easier and quicker than other traditional videoconferencing methods. The participants in the videoconference will be using Vidyo, the leading provider of video conferencing for the enterprise. Vidyo is also interoperable with Google's Hangouts, which makes this move from Google sound like a lot of sense.
For business persons that prefer to use voice-only conferences, Google+ Hangouts is also integrated with UberConference.

The business edition will be packaged with the following accessories:

A speaker/omni-directional microphone with built in DSP for clarity. It includes mute, answer call, end call and volume control buttons.

1080p webcam rocking a Carl Zeiss® lens with autofocus
RF (Radio Frequency) based remote (No line of sight required for control). It also has a full QWERTY keyboard on the rear

iPhone 6 Concept Renders

Ciccarese, known for his amazing concept renders, has released some new next-generation iPhone renders. From these renders we assume that Ciccarese thinks that the next iPhones may follow the iPad Air's super-thin design. iPhone Air maybe? His renders also show a much larger sized display on an iPhone phablet. Both of these devices have incorporated the fingerprint scanner from the iPhone 5S (as expected).
Reports have stated that these new iPhones will sport the same sapphire crystal as in the iPhone 5S. Earlier this week Apple has purchased enough sapphire crystal furnaces between 100 to 200 million 5-inch iPhone displays. 5-inches is the modern smartphone standard size and it seems that Apple is trying to appeal to the market with larger screens.
Here's a size comparison of the iPhone 5S, next-gen iPhone and next-gen iPhone phablet

A side-by-side comparison of the iPhone 5S and 6 concept

The same thunderbolt connector is imagined but the headphone port is not shown at the bottom

A curved back to give the phone a better feel in the hand is reminiscent of the Moto X

Here we can see just how thin the next-gen iPhone is imagined.

This is truly a beautiful design, but keep in mind that this is an unofficial concept.

Google Space-Age Technology

Google - Robots, Knowledge and Artificial Intelligence

Google has recently acquired DeepMind, an artificial intelligence company for an estimated 400-500 million US dollars. We're not sure what the plans are for this company; we assume that it may be used for improving the search engine and Google Now. It may also raise some speculation about using it for advancing their robots.
This is just another addition to Google's massive company shopping spree. Google has purchased several other robotic companies including the ever popular Boston Dynamics. Earlier this year, the search-engine-turned-technological-rockstar company has also acquired home automation company Nest for a whopping 3.2 billion US dollars, making them Google's second most expensive acquisition (first being Motorola Mobility with 12.5 billion US dollars in 2012).
With Google's ever-expanding capital, stock prices have never been higher. Google has finally crossed the stock price of 1000 US dollars per share for the first time, ever. We have provided Google's live stock information below.

UltraPixels and the HTC One

HTC has released their latest flagship phone, the HTC One. When reading through the specs, everything may seem up-to-date except the megapixel count on their camera. With only 4 MP, or as HTC is calling them, UltraPixels, they still claim that it performs better than some of the top smartphone cameras on the market. Let's take a look at how this works.

An UltraPixel camera has a larger sensor, which lets more light in. This increases quality especially in low light conditions. These UltraPixel cameras capture even more light than a 13MP camera. In the below section we have demonstrated its performance and compared it to other popular smartphones.

File Expert HD is one of the best file explorers on the Play Store, in my opinion. It provides a clean, simple, user-friendly interface for managing your files. For example, if you were looking for that sick apk file that you downloaded totally legit, there's a category for that.

*This is a paid application but there will be a link to download it if you want to try it before you buy. ;)
This application is for people who constantly send and receive text messages. When turned on, it creates a floating picture of the person you're texting on top of your devices, similar to a ChatHeads. This is overlaid while you use your phone, though, it is not available on the lock screen. It allows you to read the messages received from that particular user and reply to them. It also works with multiple people at the same time.
